You wont get this in Ikea, hand made chair, built the old fashion way,.. took ages but worth it... Dan

Well,
Did heaps today, due to puss surf! I started making my two arm chairs. Heaps of thinking and scratching my noggin, so many things to think of like, has it got enough recline?, is it the right height and is going to be comfortable?.... well i guess "who cares " I love making furniture in my workshop, I'm soooooo lucky to be doing what i love and if its wrong i will make more..... over and out!

Here is my other project. This piece took some time due to all of the technical stuff I had to do - mortice and tenon and splice and half lapping..... and the fact that I surf too much.

My love of old stereos took me to ebay and i had no probs getting it. I decided to buy some ply and old timber and i built this piece about 3 years ago . I always use it and i love the warm sound it makes.
